In war and crisis situations, the Finnish Defence Forces needs an ability to dispose of explosives at the bottom of the sea and on the ground. These technically demanding and lengthy course entities are not ones that can be completed in a minimum of time, so the needed competence should already be available. 23.9.2022 | A unit from the United States Marine Corps’ 2nd Marine Logistics Group will be coming to Finland to train with Finnish units. It will be training with the Nyland Brigade from October until early December. Most Marines from the unit will arrive in Finland early next week.

Den svenska korvetten av Visby-klass, HMS Härnösand samt personal från den svenska marinen deltar 14-16.12.2021 i en bilateral övning (CBT, Cross Border Training) mellan Finland och Sverige som ordnas vid Kustflottans bas i Pansio.
