As a conscript in the Naval Academy

The Naval Academy takes in conscripts for the Reserve Officer Course that is organized twice a year. In addition to this, conscripts serve at the school as ship’s cooks, graphic designers and with special tasks concerning virtual training environment.

The ship cooks serve on the Naval Academy training vessels. Naval cadets as well as reserve officer students are trained in shallow waters navigation and seamanship skills on the training vessels. The ship cooks are selected from the Coastal Brigade recruits and they take a course for ship cooks.

The graphic artist assists the Naval Academy public information official in taking pictures and making graphical representations. The graphic artist is selected via a special conscript selection process.
