9.10.2024 | Rauma Marine Constructions (RMC Defence) has started the construction of the second multi-role corvette included in the Squadron 2020 project. Today, the 9th of October, the cutting of the steel structures for the hull of the second vessel of the Squadron started in the presence of invited guests in Rauma.

11.4.2024 | The building of the first multi-purpose corvette included in the Squadron 2020 project has advanced to the keel laying phase. A traditional keel laying ceremony was celebrated at Rauma shipyard on Thursday 11 April 2024.

26.9.2019 | The contracts concerning the Defence Forces’ strategic project, the procurement and construction of the Pohjanmaa Class combat vessels were signed in Turku on Thursday 26 September 2019. The Finnish Defence Forces Logistics Command, Rauma Marine Construction Oy, Saab Ab and the Finnish Navy participated in the signing of the contracts.
