Troops from 17 countries will be involved in the exercise the total strength being some 6600 soldiers. Of these, the number of Finnish soldiers will be 330 at most.

1.6.2022 | Exercise BALTOPS22 will be held in the Baltic Sea 5–17 June 2022. The exercise is led by the Commander of the US Navy's 6th Fleet. Both personnel and vessels from the Finnish Navy will participate in the exercise and the Finnish Air Force will also conduct exercise-related flight operations from Finland.
