The Finnish Navy to take part in the Dynamic Move 16 exercise in Belgium

The Finnish Navy will participate in the Dynamic Move 16 Naval Mine Warfare exercise in Oostende in Belgium between March 7 and 18, 2016.

Dynamic Move is an annual, tactical level, command-post exercise, which objective is to practise command and control of Naval Mine Countermeasures units.

The exercise is led by a NATO Headquarters and has approximately 125 participants from 15 countries.

Finland participates in the exercise with approximately ten people, most of them from the Coastal Fleet.

Finland participates in the exercise in accordance with the Defence Forces' annual international exercise participation plan.
