Freezing Winds 25 begins – NATO's joint maritime defense strong in the Baltic Sea

The Finnish Navy-led autumn main exercise Freezing Winds 25 will be held in southern Finland, the Archipelago Sea, and the Gulf of Finland from November 24 to December 4, 2025.

The Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Bainbridge will move on to the northern Baltic Sea in order to train together with the Finnish and Swedish Navies and Nato Standing Maritime Group SNMG1.
